Our Scout Group, 1st Spixworth Sea Scouts, is run entirely by volunteers. Each week leaders give up some of their time to plan and run weekly meetings for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. As well as this, there are a large number of volunteers who help behind the scenes to ensure that the Group runs smoothly.

We currently have a Squirrels Drey, Beaver Colony, a Cub Pack and a Scout Troop that meet weekly and take part in weekend activities and camps on a regular basis.

In order to continue running such a full and diverse range of activities for our young people, we need your help!

Please get in touch if you would like to volunteer – either working directly with young people or behind the scenes.

Even if you can only spare an hour a month, we would love to hear from you.
